Gilbert Pryor

Dr Gilbert Pryor, a Washington, D.C native earned his Bachelor’s in music education at the prestigious Howard University and later his Masters of Organizational Communication from Bowie state and his Doctor of Educational Leadership from Argosy in D.C.


The energized spirit and warm persona has allowed the powerhouse trumpet player moonlights as a brilliant world class arranger, who effortlessly glides between symphonic musical works as well as soul and jazz. Gilbert earned multi platinum recording status for DC icons Troubled Funk smash pump me up.
